History of CSG 


C.S.G. 24Hr Recovery was formed on 1st January 1990 by current M.D. Eddy Hemmaway and the late George Hemmaway as a subsidiary of our long established workshop repair service in Whittlesey (Church Street Garage).

Rapid expansion saw the recovery take over the whole Whittlesey site and after many years the workshop was closed to outside work and only deals with breakdown tasks. All efforts were then concentrated on the continued expansion of the Whittlesey Recovery operation.

C.S.G. 24Hr Recovery Huntingdon was formed on 1st April 2008 as an expansion of our long established depot in Whittlesey. We offer a specialist rescue and recovery service for cars, light commercials and motorcycles. All makes and sizes catered for, we work 24hours a day, 365 days a year.

C.S.G. 24Hr Recovery are agents for InterPartner Assistance, Britannia Rescue, Europ Assistance CALL ASSIST, Mondial Assistance and Equity Red Star to name just a few. Our customers include other national companies and also main dealers, garages and bodyshops. Anyone who has broken down or who needs recovery assistance can use our services.
